Terms of Service

These Terms of Service are intended to define the rights, obligations, and responsibilities between 0xbrewing (the "Company") and users in connection with the use of the "Mudang Ara" service (the "Service") and any related services operated by the Company.

1. The term "Service" means Mudang Ara and all related services that users may access regardless of device type.
2. The term "User" means any member or non-member who accesses the Service, enters into a service agreement under these Terms, and uses the Service.
3. The term "Rice (Offering Rice)" means digital goods used within the Service to access content, and it is divided into paid rice purchased for consideration and event rice provided free of charge through events or similar promotions.

1. Users may use Rice within the Service to access content such as Saju readings and fortune interpretations.
2. Order of consumption: When using the Service, event rice (free) is consumed before paid rice (purchased). Paid rice will only be deducted after all event rice has been exhausted.

1. All copyrights and intellectual property rights in the Company's content and AI-generated analysis results belong to the Company.
2. Users may not reproduce, distribute, or use information from the Service for commercial purposes without the Company's prior consent.

1. Refund eligibility: A user may request withdrawal from purchase (refund) within 7 days from the payment date only for package products that have not been used at all.
2. Non-refundable cases: Due to the nature of digital content, refunds are not available in any of the following cases.
   • If any portion of the rice included in the package has been used, including the minimum unit of 1
   • If the user has used a product whose analysis result is shown immediately upon purchase
   • If more than 7 days have passed since the payment date
   • For event rice granted free of charge through friend invitations, events, or similar promotions
3. The Company does not charge a separate refund fee and will return the full payment amount. Partial refunds are not supported.

1. The analysis results provided by this Service are entertainment content generated through AI-based algorithms and do not guarantee scientific facts or future outcomes.
2. The Company bears no legal responsibility for any decisions or actions taken by users in reliance on the analysis results.

Any dispute arising between the Company and a user shall be governed by the laws of the Republic of Korea, and the court having jurisdiction over the Company's place of business shall have exclusive jurisdiction by agreement.
