Payment, Refund, and Complaint Policy
This page explains how paid RICE works in Mudang Ara, including the expiry window, refund rules, and who handles complaints.
1. Paid RICE usage policy
- Paid RICE is a prepaid service credit used to access Mudang Ara's digital readings and related content.
- Paid RICE remains available for 1 year from each payment date. Any unused paid RICE expires automatically after that period.
- Promotional or event RICE follows its own campaign rules and is consumed before paid RICE when both balances are available.
2. Top-up products and payment methods
- Top-up products are sold only as fixed-price items, and the price for each product is shown before checkout.
- Domestic checkout is operated as one-time card payment only. Cash-like or recurring methods such as bank transfer, virtual account, escrow, and subscriptions are not supported for Korean top-up review flows.
- Payments are routed through PortOne. Domestic card checkout is processed through KG Inicis, and available card brands or checkout options may change based on review or contract conditions.
3. Refund and cancellation rules
- A user may request a refund within 7 days from the payment date only when the paid RICE top-up has not been used at all.
- Refunds are returned only to the original payment method used for checkout. Paid RICE cannot be converted into cash.
- Refunds are limited once any paid RICE has been used, once an instant-result digital product has been consumed, or once more than 7 days have passed since payment.
- Partial refunds are not supported, and the available cancellation window may vary depending on the payment provider and card issuer.
4. Checking your balance and history
- After signing in, you can review your remaining balance, top-up history, usage history, and refund-related ledger entries in the RICE wallet.
- Balance updates and refund processing may take a short time to appear. If the update is delayed, contact the support channel below.
